Powerhouse 5k
- St. Joseph's Hospital provides specialized eye care at the renowned Ivey Eye Institute to people to help preserve or regain their eyesight from prevention and screening to surgery and treatment. In addition to treatment, the Institute helps train the next generation of eye care specialists and conducts research and clinical trials to improve eye care right here at home and beyond. Your donation will support those people living with eye diseases and disorders.

A flat, fast course around the Powerhouse Brewery; single loop for 2.5k run, double loop for 5k run. Awaiting certification.

Late Registration and Race Kit Pick-Up
Thursday & Friday- Late registration and race kit pick-up from 12:00pm to 5:00pm at SoleScience.
Race Day - from 2:30pm until race start at Powerhouse Brewing Company
Timing Chip Pick-Up
This event will be using timing chips that are attached directly to your bib number. These will be available during all race kit pick-up times.
It is important for event results and series points accuracy, plus a courtesy to other competitors and event organizers, that everyone pick-up their bib (including timing chip) and use only the one that is assigned to them specifically. If anyone knowingly wears another competitors bib/timing chip, both runners will be disqualified from event and series awards.
